Returns & Refunds Policy

At North Bar Cellar, we take great care in packaging and dispatching rare, vintage and carefully stored beers. While many of our products are unique or limited-edition, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Here's how we handle returns and refunds:


Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.


📦 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@northbar.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

We’ll respond with next steps, including our returns address and any additional details needed.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If your order arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping or offer a refund/replacement without requiring a return.

  • For all other reasons, such as change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.


💸 Refunds

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process any approved refund within 5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Products marked as “Rare” or “Cellared” unless they arrive damaged
